Family-run farm, founded in 2009, located in the heart of Italy, in the hinterland of the Marche Region. Always sensible to the conservation of the territory and the protection of the environment, it implements a certified production that complies with the organic certification. In addition to the 350 owned olive trees, from which we obtain our certified organic extra virgin olive oil, since February 2022 we have been managing another 1100 olive trees, currently undergoing conversion to organic.The main product is extra virgin olive oil, obtained by cold pressing of olives harvested during the day. Other products, currently available, are obtained from the transformation of old fruits: black mulberry extra jam, dehydrated persimmons. The Organic Blend Harvest 2021 obtained the recognition of 4 gold drops in the Oro delle Marche competition, in which we participated again this year but we are still awaiting the results for our Blend Harvest 2022.I would like to get in touch with commercial operators aimed at a niche market, with customers sensitive to product quality and healthy eating. I am available to evaluate also foreign markets, in particular in northern Europe.Below is a brief description of the products available.EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (from One-Cultivar of olives=MV), to be used raw on various dishes:MV ROSCIOLA COLLI ESINI: light fruity, with delicate bitter and spicy notes, prevailing apple scent; recommended combinations: fish, salads.ORGANIC MV RAGGIA: medium fruity, with clear notes of bitter and spicy, prevalent hint of green almond; recommended combinations: salads, white meats, pasta.ORGANIC MV LECCINO: SINGLE VARIETAL OF ORGANIC LECCINO: medium fruity, with clear notes of bitterness and decidedly spicy, prevailing artichoke scent; recommended combinations: bruschetta, pasta, red meats.ORGANIC MV MIGNOLA : medium-intense fruity, with decided bitter and spicy notes, prevalent scent of wild berries; recommended combinations: legumes, red meats.ORGANIC BLEND: medium fruity, with a good level of bitterness and spiciness, it can be combined more easily with different dishes.EXTRA MULBERRY JAMS - DEHYDRATED PERSIMMONS: produced only with organic fresh fruit, without thickeners and preservatives.

Our farm carries out its agricultural production activity following the directives foreseen for organic production. The processes implemented and the products obtained are certified from the control body CCPB.
